How does it work?

After your purchase you receive immediate and unlimited access to all our template packs and the members area. We’ll send you an email with your login credentials and off you go! Please also check your spam folder. You get forever access to all templates in Canva and are ready to start creating!

Do I need to purchase a Canva Pro subscription on top of the membership?

Actually, you don’t! All our templates are designed to work with Canva free just as well as with Pro. We sometimes use Pro features and images to show how fun our templates are – but it’s super easy to change them to your own (plus, it’s a must for your personal branding).

I'm a social media manager. Can I use the templates for my clients?

Yes! The membership comes equipped with a SMM license, which allows you to use the templates on up to 50 clients accounts. Please note that all graphics need to be in PNG, JPG or video format – you can not give templates away to your clients as Canva links.

How long can I use the templates?

Through your subscription, you get access to our huge library of 2,000+ Social Media Templates. You can download them into your Canva account and use the templates as long as you are an active member. When you cancel your membership, your template license (and SMM license) expires. However, you can still use the templates until the end of your subscription term.

I'm not a social media or graphic design pro - will the templates work for me?

You bet! We have designed all our templates for people who love to be creative with their Instagram account but don’t have the time to spend hours creating new designs or sourcing the latest trends. It’s the perfect Instagram Growth toolbox.

Why would I need the membership anyway? I can just go ahead and buy the templates I like in your shop.
